摘　　要：强制措施的执行直接关系到刑事诉讼活动能否顺利进行和犯罪嫌疑人诉讼权利的保障。本文作者在大量调查研究的基础上 ,指出了当前公安机关执行强制措施存在的诸多问题 ,并提出了相应的解决问题的措施。The fulfillment of mandatory measures is directly related to whether the legal proceedings can be carried out smoothly and whether the procedural right of the suspect is guaranteed. This article, on the basis of large amounts of investigation and research, points out numerous problems in the mandatory measures taken by the police and offers suggestions for solving the problems.
