添加玉米油对肉牛采食及日粮全消化道中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和粗蛋白(CP)消化率的影响

摘　　要：用3头成年杂交阉牛饲喂加入4％和8％玉米油的稻草和精料混合料(2:1)日粮,按3×3拉丁方试验设计,每日8:00、14:00、20:00取粪样,采用4N-HCI不溶灰分指示剂法测定日粮全消化道NDF和CP消化率。试验结果表明,在肉牛日粮中添加4％和8％玉米油(即每头日食入270克和540克玉米油)时基本不影响饲料的适口性及采食量;日粮全消化道NDF和CP消化率与对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。Three hybrid yellow cattle, fitted with rumen canals, were fed with rice straw andmixed concentrate (2: 1) which was added with 4% and 8% corn oil and were used in a 3×3 latin square experiment. 4N-HCL insoluble residue method was used to determine the di-gestibility of dietary NDF or CP in the whole digestive tract. The addition of less than 8%corn oil did not influence the palatability, intake or digestibility of dietary NDF and CP inthe whole digestive tract (P>0. 05).
