自體鞏膜條翻转引流青光眼濾过术的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的 證明自體鞏膜條翻轉引流,在青光眼小梁切除術后保持滤過道暢通的作用。方法 实驗組小梁切除術中用自體鞏膜條做為引流物,在鞏膜辦下引流,對照組做經典的小梁切除術,術后進行濾過泡、眼壓及組織學觀察。結果 術后第1-2周,实驗組眼壓低于對照組,但差异無顯著性(P>0.05)。術后第3-12周,实驗組眼壓明顯低于對照組(P<0.05);術后第2-7周,实驗組功能性濾過泡存留比率明顯高于對照組(P<0.05)。結論 自體鞏膜條翻轉引流,在小梁切除術后能有效地起到支撑引流、防止濾過道粘連、保持降低眼壓的作用,方便易行、無并發症、可應用于臨床。Objective To investigate the effect of turning scleral flap of self opigin as a measure of drainage in trabeculectomy. Methods A scleral strip of self origin was turned over for drainage during surgery in one eye, while the other eye of the same rabbit underwent routine trabeculectomy. Results The introcular pressure in the experimental eyes was significantly lower than that in the control eyes at the postoperative 3 - 12week( P < 0.05) . It was also lower within 2 weeks after surgery, although with no significant difference ( P > 0.05) . The rate of eyes with functional blebs in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at postoperative 2 - 7 week. Conclusion The techrigue of turning scleral strip of self origin over drainage surgery helps to maintain filtering function for a long time and to prevent complications after filtering surgery,so it is an effective and feasible procedure.
