白内障超聲乳化过渡期后囊膜破损的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探討超聲乳化白内障摘除術過度期后囊膜破損的原因及防治方法。方法 對168例188只眼施行白内障超聲乳化摘除術分析后囊膜破損的原因。結果 后囊膜破損29只眼(15.4％)。其中超乳術中22只眼(75.9％),吸皮質中7只眼(24.1％),Ⅰ-Ⅲ級核17只眼(14.7％),Ⅳ級核12只眼(16.7％)。前期18只眼(18％),后期11只眼(12.5％)。結論 術前嚴格培訓,細致的動物实驗,嚴格選擇合適病例,眼、腦、手、脚有機配合可以預防或减少后囊膜破損發生率。Objective To analyze the cause and treatment of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification. Methods Phacoemulsificau'on was performed on 188 eyes of 168 patients.Results Posterior capsule rupture occured on 29 eyes (15.4%)in totalin. In 22 cases(75.9%) it occurred during phacoemulsification and in 7cases(24.1%), it occurred during cataractous nucleus aspiration period.The degree of nuclear hardness was grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ in 17 eyes and was grade Ⅳ in 12eges. Conclusion Strict training before surgery, careful animal experiment, proper selection of patients and skillful operation together can reduce the occurance rate of posterior capsule rupture.
