摘  要:利用试验优化设计技术,设计了9种环块样件表面凹坑形态的尺寸与分布,采用激光图形雕刻技术,在模型样件的表面加工形成了9种不同的微观凹坑型仿生形态;在相同的试验参数条件下,完成了光滑与凹坑型仿生形态环块样件的摩擦、磨损性能的对比试验;根据试验前后环块样件总体重量的测量结果,计算出了10种环块样件试验前后的磨损量、磨损率,进行了光滑环块样件与凹坑型仿生形态环块样件磨损量与磨损率的对比分析;利用正交试验设计,进行了凹坑型仿生形态环块样件磨损量与磨损率的极差分析。试验证明,在润滑状态下,具有凹坑型仿生形态的环块样件的耐磨性能均高于光滑样件;凹坑直径为100μm,凹坑横向间距为450μm,凹坑纵向间距为350μm时的耐磨效果最佳。Using experimental optimal design method,nine concave surface morphologies were designed on ring model with different concave sizes and distributions.Laser graphic texturing was applied to treat process the bionic concave surface micro-morphology on the ring model.The anti-wear capacity of the ring model was investigated.Under the same conditions,comparative experiments were conducted on smooth model and concave model.The wear values and wear rates were determined by weighing the samples before and after the experiments.The wear values and wear rates of ten different samples were analyzed.By orthogonal experimental design,the range analysis was adopted to evaluate anti-wear properties the nine bionic samples.Under lubrication condition,the anti-wear properties of the concave models were better than that of the smooth model.The morphological parameters of the best anti-wear bionic model were obtained as follows;the concave diameter is 100 μm,the transverse space between two concaves is 450 μm,and the longitudinal space is 350 μm.
