奥曲肽联合丙氟沙星治疗食管曲张静脉破裂出血

摘　　要：目的 探讨抗生素对奥曲肽治疗食管曲张静脉破裂出血(EVB)的影响。方法 60例EVB患者,随机分为2组,分别给予奥曲肽、奥曲肽联合抗生素治疗。结果 EVB患者6小时、12小时、24小时止血率奥曲肽组分别为27％、40％、63％。治疗前后血清一氧化氮(NO)含量分别为6.9±0.82μmol/L、5.6±0.95μmol/L;奥曲肽联合抗生素组止血率分别为50％、70％(P<0.05)、93％(P<0.05)。治疗前后NO含量分别为7.3±0.66μmol/L、4.3±0.79μmol/L(P<0.05)。结论 抗生素能明显提高奥曲肽治疗EVB的疗效,其机理可能与降低血清NO含量有关。Objective To investigate the effects of combination ciprofloxain and octreotide on esophageal variceal bleeding(EVB).Methods Octreotide alone or octreotide-ciprofloxain combination were given to 30 patients with EVB,respectively. Results The hemostating rate in 6th, 12th,24th in patients with octreotide treatment were 27% , 40% , 63% respectively, While in octreotide-ciprofloxain treatment, were 50% , 70% , 93% (P < 0.05 ), respectively. Serum nitric oxide levels in two groups of EVB patients decreased after octreotide or octreotide - ciprofloxain treatment. Conclusion Ciprofloxain could increase the hemostating effect of otreotide treatment in EVB patients.
