摘　　要：法庭论辩既可帮助法庭查明案情 ,以作出正确的判决 ,同时也有利于制服被告人和维护被告人的合法权益 ,提高批捕、起诉工作的质量。法庭论辩还是进行法制宣传教育的一种好形式。然而 ,要获得法庭论辩的成功 ,就要掌握法庭论辩的艺术。该文研究阐明了法庭论辩开场、结尾的艺术 ,公诉人。Court debate can help find out the truth and make the sound judgement and ruling, it can also check the accused and protect the lawful right and interest of the accused and upgrade the quality of arrest approval and suing. Court debate is also a better way of law propaganda. However, the art of court debate is very necessary to the success in court debate. This paper expounds the beginning and closure art of court debate, and the debate art of the public prosecutor, defender and the accused.
