氩氦刀联合介入栓塞治疗脑膜瘤26例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用氩氦刀及介入栓塞肿瘤供血动脉治疗颅内血供丰富脑膜瘤的临床治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析肿瘤供血动脉介入栓塞后于术中予以氩氦刀辅助手术治疗26例血供丰富的脑膜瘤。结果:术中出血量明显减少,26例患者术中均能予以完全切除病灶;术后复查头颅CT和(或)MRI提示肿瘤完全消失,未见明显肿瘤残留。术后随访:恢复良好24例,轻度致残2例,植物生存0例,无死亡病例。随访结果:未见复发。结论:术前应用介入栓塞肿瘤供血动脉术中氩氦刀辅助手术处理颅内血供丰富的脑膜瘤可以有效地减少术中出血,降低手术风险,有助于肿瘤组织的完全切除并降低肿瘤的复发。Objective： To study the clinical therapeutic efficacy of using emblization and argon-helium cryoablation to do with meningiomas thai are abundant blood supply.Method： To analyze retrospectively 26 cases with meningiomas of abundant blood supply, which copy with combiaation of emblization and argon-helium cryoablation.Results： Blood volume in the operation is to decrease the tumors of 26 cases are totally cut in the operation.CT or/and MRI of postoperation shows tbe tumor completely disappointed.And no obviously clinical effectiveness： 24 patients recovers well; 2 patient disabled mildly; no one vegetative survival or die.the outcome of follow up： no one recur.Conclusion： Combination of Embiization and Argon-Hetium Cryoablation to treat Meningiomas of abundant blood supply wilt decrease efficiently the blood volume in the operation and the risk of operation.Moreover it is good to cut totally the tumor tissues and avoid the tumor to recur.
