摘　　要：Aldolase models derived from calix[4]arene were designed and synthesized. The aldol condensation of p-nitrobenzaldehyde with acetone was catalyzed by the synthetic enzymes proceeded under mild conditions to offer chiefly aldol-type product in good yield.Aldolase models derived from calix[4]arene were designed and synthesized.
