摘　　要：目的 为了在中药里探索新的光敏剂。方法 以小鼠移植性肿瘤为动物模型,通过对艾氏腹水癌(EAC)细胞的体外光动力实验,观察木兰科一种药材的提取物(编号8505A95)的光敏化作用。结果 该提取物有明显的光动力灭活作用。结论 初步筛选到了1个有效的中药光敏剂。Objective To find new effective photosensitizer from Chinese herbs. Methods High pressure xenon lamp was chosen as the light source. The photodynamic action on tumor cells of the extraction from a Chinese herbal belonging to Magnoliaceae was observed on the transplant tumor model. Results This extraction which was named as 8505A95 showed significant photodynamic action toward EAC tumor cells. This effect was quantity-effectiveness related. Conclusion A Chinese herb is a treasure source of photosensitizer. A new extraction from Chinese herbs which have photosensitivity was found.
