四联疗法治疗上消化道溃疡的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察奥美拉唑与阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮、胶态果胶铋剂四联治疗上消化道溃疡的疗效.方法:采用随机分组平行对照法,全组共100例,对照组用奥美拉唑20mg/d,共4wk;治疗组(四联疗法)采用奥美拉唑20mg/d,阿莫西林500mg tid,呋喃唑酮200mg tid,胶态果胶铋剂100mg tid,共2wk.结果:溃疡痊愈率治疗组为100%,对照组为92.0%(P>0.05)IIP根除率治疗组为93.88%,对照组为28.57%(P<O.01).腹痛缓解时间治疗组短.治疗中未见明显不良反应.结论:治疗组IIP根除率明显优于对照组,溃疡愈合率两种疗法相似.AIM: To investigate clinical curative effects of omeorazole, amoxicillin, fura-zolidone, colloid pectin biagent in the treatment of 100 patients with duodenum ulcer(DU) and gastric ulcer(GU)by the method of parallel control in random groups. METHODS:In the control groups (omeprazole 20 mg/d),the course of treatment was 4 wk,in the treatment groups omeprazole 20 mg/d ,amoxicillin 500 mg tid .furazolidone 200 mg tid,colloid pectin bi-agent 100 mg tid )the course of treatment was 2 wk. RESULTS:The healing rate of DU and GU was 100% in the treatment groups and 92. 0% in the control groups(P>0. 05 ). Eradica-tion rate of HP was 93. 88% in the treatment groups and 28. 57% in the control groups(p< 0. 01). Obvious adverse reaction was not found in the treatment. The ventral gastralgia catabasis in the treatment group was shorter than that of control. CONCLUSION: Eradica-tion rate of HP are better in the treatment group than in the control groups. Two therapy of the healing rate of DU and GU are similar.
