摘　　要：以质粒pBR322 作载体, 用鸟枪法克隆出了PRV 闽A 株除Bam HI-1,BamHI-2外的所有酶切片段,构建了PRV闽4株基因文库,并以克隆出的Bam HⅠ片段用光生物素标记作探针, 应用分子杂交法确定PRV闽A株绝大部分限制内切酶位点的位置。The Restriction endonuclease fragments except the ones from BamHI 1 and BamHI 2 were inserted into plasmid pBR322. The genomic library of pseudorabies virus Min A was also constructed. The cloned fragment digested by BamHI were labeled with photo biotin. With molecular hybridization, the main cleavage site of pseudorabies virus Min A strain were determined.
