摘　　要：企业资本结构的合理安排除了要充分认识资本成本，更应考虑到它受诸多因素影响，无法准确量化，应将其确定在一个合理区域内。We should consider lots of factors that influence the reasonable arrangement of enterprises' capital structure,in addition to having full understanding on capital cost. Taking into non-accurate-quantificaion account,we can determine capi tal structure in a rational area.
