摘　　要：文章在分析我国普通高校通信工程专业人才培养存在的问题的基础上,提出一些教学方法、教学手段、实验课程改革的设想和方案设计。并对人才创新能力培养的计划和具体措施进行较为详细的阐述和说明。On the basis of the analysis of the existing problems of talent training in colleges communications engineering profession,proposes some teaching methods,curriculum reform ideas and program design.And elaborates and explains the plan of talent creative ability and specific measures.
