摘　　要：班级管理目标体系的构建及实践可以调动广大学生参与集体管理的积极性,使班级管理规范化,并形成良好风气,帮助班级学生成长成才,从而实现全员育人、全方位管理。The class management target system construction and practice can mobilize the general students to participate in the collective management＇s enthusiasm,causes the class and grade management standardization,and formed a good atmosphere,help students grow stone-sculpture class,thus realize favorable educational and comprehensive management.
