摘　　要：高校学生党支部书记对于团结广大学生党员,增强学生党支部的凝聚力和战斗力有着至关重要的作用。高校学生党支部书记应具备相应的政治思想素质、综合知识素质、工作业务素质和分析判断能力、组织领导能力以及决策执行能力。The party branch secretaries in colleges and universities are playing an irreplaceable tie-role in works as uniting student party members,strengthening the cohesive force and fighting capacity of party branches.The relevant political and ideological qualities,working qualities,the occupational qualities of holding comprehensive knowledge and the capacity of judgment,leadership,and executive are necessarily acquired.
