摘 要:目的 测定青年人眩光失能(glare disability ,GD) 值,并探讨其临床意义。方法 采用MGT- 1 多功能视觉眩光测试仪,测定36 名正常年青人72 眼的GD 值,单眼,双眼分别测定,目标亮度与眩光亮度设置为中- 中及弱- 中2 档。结果 GD 值在中- 中状态下,单眼为91 % ,全距为0 ~340 % ,双眼为93 % ,全距为0 ~36 % .弱- 中状态下,单眼为2502 % ,全距为0 ~710 % ,双眼为229 % ,全距为40 % ~470 % .GD 值在同一状态下,单眼与双眼相比无显著差异,而在不同状态下,单眼与双眼差异显著。结论 正常年青人有一定的GD 值,不同状态下的GDObjective To measure the glare disability(GD)values of youth and investigate the significance.Methods MGT-1 Multi-function visual glare tester was used.The GD values of 72eyes of 36 normal young people were measured The monocular and binocular GD values were measured respectively.The brightness of the target and glare were set middle-middle and weak-middle respectively.Results In middle-middle condition,monocular GD value was 9.13%(range 0-34%),binocular GD value was 22.94%(range 0~36%).In weak-middle condition,the monocular GD value was 25.02%(range 0~71%).binocular GD value was 22.94%(range 4~47%).IN the same condition,there was not significant difference between monocular and binocular GD values,but in different condition,the difference was significant.Conclusions There was some GD value for normal youth,but the GD value was different in different conditions.
