次全视网膜冷凝联合抗代谢药物治疗新生血管性青光眼

摘　　要：目的　探讨新生血管性青光眼尤其晚期病例的治疗方法。方法　将４０ 例新生血管性青光眼临床随机分为次全视网膜冷凝（ＳＲＣ） 组和对照组。前组２３ 例（２３ 只眼） 单纯用ＳＲＣ 或联合抗青光眼手术，后组１７ 例（１７ 只眼） 行抗青光眼手术。两组患者术后均局部应用５ － Ｆｕ 和地塞米松。术后随访１ ｍ ｏ ～５ａ ，平均６ ｍｏ 。结果　ＳＲＣ 组的治疗成功率（７３ ．９ ％ ） 高于对照组的成功率（４１ ．２ ％ ） ，两组有显著性差异（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论　单纯次全视网膜冷凝术或联合抗青光眼手术及术后抗代谢药物的应用是一种治疗新生血管性青光眼的较有效的方法，该方法特别适用于屈光间质混浊的。Objective To investigate the treatment of neovascular glaucoma(NVG).Methods 23 cases(23 eyes)with NVG were treated by subtotal retinal cryocoagulation(SRC)only or SRC combined with antiglaucoma surgery,and 17 cases(17 eyes)with NVG were treated by antiglaucoma surgey as controls.All cases were treated by 5-Fu and dexamethasone after surgery.The follow-up periods were one month to 5 years.Results The rate of curative effects in SRC group(73.9%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(41.2%)(P<0.05)。Conclusion It suggested that SRC combined with antiglaucoma surgery may increase the curative effects of NVG,especially suitable for cases with optic media opacification and later stage.
