抗青光眼术后颞侧切口行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术

摘　　要：目的　为了观察抗青光眼外引流术后的白内障患者，采用颞侧切口行Ｐｈａｃｏ 加ＩＯＬ 植入并观察疗效。方法　将上述患者分为２ 组。Ａ 组做颞侧巩膜隧道切口，行白内障超声乳化吸出加人工晶状体植入术，Ｂ 组行ＥＣＣＥ 加ＩＯＬ 术，并观察术后眼压、视力以及并发症的改变。结果　两组的术后眼压与术前对比均无显著差异。术后视力：１ ｗ ｋ 后Ａ 组高于Ｂ 组，但１ ｍ ｏ 后２ 组术后视力无明显差异。术后并发症：Ａ 组较Ｂ 组明显减轻。Objective The effect of temporal incision on of phacoemulsification (Phaco) was investigated in this preliminary study.Methods 20 patients(30 eyes) with cataract following filtrating surgery were divided into two groups.In group A(11 petients,16eyes),temporal tunnel incision was performed during phaco+IOL surgery while in group B,ECCE+IOL surgery was performed.The effect was evaluated by measuring the introcular pressure (IOP),visual acuity,as well as by observing the occurrence of complications in both groups.Results The visual acuity improved sooner in group A than in group B and the occurrence of complications was sighter in group A than in group B.The poseopavative IOP showed no statistic sijnifocant tifference two groups. Conclusion The temporal incision during phacoemulsification is an ided weans in treating cataract patients following filtrating surgery.
