摘　　要：文章通过对高校体育文化内涵与文化建设措施的分析,总结了体育文化在高校学生发展的促进作用,认为高校体育文化建设是提高学生身心素质的主要手段,也是高校教育发展的重要途径之一。Through analyzing the content of college physical culture and cultural construction measures,the article comprehensive summarizes the promoting role of physical culture in the development of college students,thinks that the college physical cultural construction is the primary means to improve physical and mental quality of students,also an important way for the development of college education.
