人胃粘膜中D,5-HT和G细胞与年龄相关性研究

摘　　要：为了探讨年龄对胃内分泌细胞数目的影响,本文取胃镜或胃切除标本67例,按年龄分青年组(22～34岁)和老年组(67～78岁)。石蜡切片,厚度5μm,用免疫组织化学双重染色方法,观察了胃体和胃窦部生长抑素细胞(D)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和胃泌素(G)免疫阳性细胞,经光镜下观察和细胞计数表明青年组三种细胞明显多于老年组,在胃窦部D、G细胞数青年组显著多于老年组(P<0.05),5-HT细胞则两组无明显差异(P>0.05),在胃体部,青年组三种细胞均多于老年组(P<0.05),文中对三种细胞的功能和检测它们的意义进行了讨论。In order to research into the effect which the age have on thenumbei of the gastric mucosa endocrinesyste cell,we take from 67cases and devided into two groups by age:the youth group (Age:22~34) and the old group (Age:67-78).paraffin section each onis five μ m in thickness.By immunochemical technique,we observedsomatostatin cell,5-HT cell and Gastrin immunoreactive cell inbody of stomach and pyloric antrum Obsenvation under micrascopeand caunt showed these facts:Three kinds of cell of the youth grou-pare distinctly more than those-f the old group;In pyloric antrum,the number of the D cell G cell of the youth group is bigger distinctly than that of the old group (P<0.05);while thedifference m 5-HT cell between two groups is not distinct (P>0.05).In body of stomach.Three kinds of cell of the youth groupis distinctly more than those of the old group (P<0.05).The functionof three kinds of cell and the meaning of checking them werewntten down.
