β-内啡肽与溃疡病关系研究

摘　　要：采用放射免疫法测定15例活动期十二指肠溃疡(Du组 n=15)及36例浅表性胃炎患者(Con组n=36)血浆及胃窦粘膜β-内啡肽含量;应用免疫组织化学方法、图象分析和免疫金标电镜观察胃窦粘膜β-内啡肽阳性细胞灰度变化以及超微结构特点。结果发现,Du患者胃窦粘膜β-EP含量为62.80±19.81ng/g,高于Con组,37.42±12.64ng/g,有显著性差异(P<0.01);β-EP阳性细胞灰度密度增大为0.22±0.04μm-2,与Con组0.14±0.04μm-2相比,差异显著,(P<0.01);细胞内内质网和线粒体丰富,基质密度增高,5nm胶体金标记的颗粒散在于细胞基部。结果提示,β-EP阳性细胞的分泌活动增强,提示其可能参与十二指肠溃疡的调节。Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detected the amount of β-EP in plasma and in antral mucosa of patients with duodenal ulcer(Du group n=15) and with superficial gastritis(Central group,Con n=36).Immunohis-tochentistry and murphometry as well as immunogold-labelled tran.smissional electron microscope were used to observed the gray density and ultrestructure of β-EP positive cell in antral mucosa.The antral mucosa contents of β-EP in Du was 62.80±9.81ng/g remarkaby higher than that in the Con of 37.42±12.64ng/g (P<0.01).The grey density of Du increased than that of in Con,they were 0.22±0.04μm 2 and 0.14±0.04μm-2(P<0.01) An abounding endoplasmic reticulum and mitoebondria with a lugher dense groundplasm were found in the cells The secretory granules labelled with 5 nm colloidal gold particles usually scattered in basal cytoplasma.The secretion of β-EP increase in Du and indicated that it may participates in the regulation of Dn.
