摘  要:本文研究了人工膀胱尿液腔钙沉聚的有关影响因素,并对其内表面结构进行了扫描电镜观察。结果表明钙沉聚与术后时间、PH值及感染等有关,但没有明显的相关关系;扫描电镜显示尿液腔内表面有盲洞,可能与钙沉积有关。钙含量的测定可以代表钙沉积情况。提高内表面的光洁度,消除盲洞,可减少钙沉聚,延长使用寿命。The analysis of calcium deposit in the inner surface of artificial bladder and associated factors were investigated, and its structure was observed by scanning electronic microscope. The result showed that calcium deposit was associated with postoperative time, PH and infection, but not related to them. The cavity was found in the inner surface of artificial bladder by scanning electronic microscope, and may be associated with calcium deposit which was represented by the amount of calcium. The improve of inner surface could eliminate the cavity, decrease calcium deposit and prolong the life of artificial bladder.
