老年喉癌患者围术期并发症临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年喉癌患者围术期并发症发生的原因及相应处理措施。方法 对4年间老年(年龄≥60岁)喉癌患者围术期的并发症进行回顾性分析。结果 97例患者中并发咽瘘5例;心绞痛3例,其中1例发生心肌梗塞并引起死亡;肺部感染4例;股静脉栓塞1例;1例高血压危象,总发生率为14/97(14.4％)。结论 老年喉癌患者围术期并发症较多,术前的充分准备,术后的细心观察和及时处理是减少其发生率的重要保证。To investigate the cause and related treatment of paraoperalive complications in old patients. Method Paraoperative complications of 97 old patients (≥60 year old )were analysed retrospectively.Results Among 97 elderly patients, five had pharynx fistula, three had angina pectoris,one had myocardial infarction and died of it. four patients had lung infection,one paitient showed femoral vein embolism, another one had hyper-tensive crisis,total prevalence rate of paraoperative complications was 14.4%(14/97).Conclusion Paraoperative complications are more often in the old patients with larynx cancer. Paraoperative preparations should be car-ried out fully,careful nurse together with prompt treatment is the key of reducing complications
