榄香烯阻断金地鼠颊囊癌前病变的实验研究

摘　　要：建立了DMBA(二甲基苯并蒽)致金地鼠颊囊癌前病变的动物模型,运用榄香烯乳液于病变局部粘膜下注射行阻断治疗,以光镜、流式细胞仪及免疫组化方法,对其细胞形态学和细胞动力学进行了研究。结果表明,用药组癌前病变的癌变率明显低于对照组,好转率明显高于对照组;用药组的SPF、AgNOR及PCNA指数低于对照组。证实榄香烯对口腔粘膜癌前病变、癌变逆转和阻断作用与抑制细胞异常增殖有关。The model of golden hamster cheek pouch premalignanty was established with the painting of DMBA.and then Elemene (EL) emulsion was injected submucosally. The cancer-blocking effect of EL was observed by using light microscopy and flow-cytometry combined with immunohistochemical methods. The results showed that the rate of malignant transformation was lower and the rate of improvement was significantly higher in the treated group than that of the control group. The SPF. AgNOR and PCNA was decreased after treating by EL. The cancer-blocking effect of EL might be concerned with the inhibiting cellular dysplasia.
