耳后逆行岛状皮瓣在颜面修复中的应用

摘　　要：设计以颞浅血管为蒂的耳后岛状皮瓣,分析其解剖特点。1988年以来,重建眼窝8例,鼻、耳缺损及其它颜面畸形整复,该皮瓣血供可靠,血管蒂长,皮瓣色泽与颜面一致,供瓣区隐蔽,是修复颜面软组织缺损和器官再造的理想材料。Nineteen eases with various facial defects have been treated by using the retroauricuar island flap based on the superficial temporal vessel since 1998.Results are satisfactory in all cases except two with insignificant partial flap necrosis The falp on the retroauricular area is as yet relatively less with blood supply and transferred on a long enough be repaired. It is auitalble of repair of the various facial defects,such as sal up alar repair,eye socket,or total ear reconstruction,lip and cheek cicartrix correction.
