四甲基吡嗪对四氯化碳诱导鼠肝纤维化发生及发展的影响

摘  要:在以四氯化碳复制大鼠肝纤维化过程中,分别于实验第1d(四甲基吡嗪预防组)、第31d(四甲基吡嗪治疗组)投予四甲基吡嗪,并用葡萄糖作为平行对照。结果发现:四甲基吡嗪预防组的门脉压、肝内胶原含量与正常对照组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。四甲基吡嗪治疗组的上述两项指标虽高于正常对照组,但明显低于葡萄糖组(P<0.01)。四甲基吡嗪预防组和治疗组肝功能指标明显好于葡萄糖组。四甲基吡嗪具有预防和延缓鼠肝纤维化发生及发展的作用。The purpose of this study was to investigate whether tetramethylpyrazine (TAP ) can preventand delay the development of liver fibrosis in rats. Our experimental results showed that no significant difference was noted in the portal venous pressure (PVP) and the content of liver collagen between the TMP prevention group and the control group (P>0. 05). Although the PVP and the content of liver collagen in theTAP treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05 ), they were much lower thanthose in the gluccose group (P<0. 01). From the above, it may be suggested that TMP can prevent and delay the development of liver fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride in rats.
