摘　　要：A case of pyoderma gangraenosum-like fungal disease caused by Fusarium solani is described. The left upper eyelid ofthe patient was injured by a splashing iron sliver before fungal infection. No detectable immunodeficiency was found. The patientwas cured with topical therapy of amphotericin B(0.5% solution) and intravenous flucytosine.A case of pyoderma gangraenosum-like fungal disease caused by Fusarium solani is described.
