睾丸癌组织中P21、P53蛋白以及增殖细胞核抗原的表达研究

摘　　要：应用免疫组织化学方法研究5例正常睾丸组织和27例睾丸癌组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、P21和P53的表达,表达阳性的PCNA和P53均定位于肿瘤细胞核内,P21蛋白定位于肿瘤细胞膜上,27例睾丸癌组织中PCNA、P21和P53的阳性表达率分别为51.9％、44.4％和48.2％。并且PCNA、P21和P53阳性表达率与睾丸癌的病理分级和临床分期关系密切。提示PC-NA、P21和P53可作为评估睾丸癌预后的生物学指标。We detected the expression of PCNA, P21 and P53 in 5 normal testis tissues and 27 testis cancers using immunohistochemical method. None of expression of PCNA, P21 and P53 in 5 normal testis tissues. Expression of PCNA and P53 were located in nuclei, and P21 protein was located in membranate of testic cancer cells. The positive incidence of expression of PCNA, P21 and P53 were 14/27,12/27 and 13/27 respectively, and correlated with the stage and grade of this tumor. These results suggest that PCNA. P21 and P53 immunolabelling may be used to determine the prognosis of testic cancer.
