摘　　要：缺血性脑血管疾病及缺血再灌注损伤严重危害人类的健康。补体系统过度激活的炎症效应片段是脑缺血再灌注损伤中最重要的始动因素之一。本文就脑内补体表达,脑缺血时脑内补体的激活,活化的补体片段对脑的损伤机制以及补体抑制剂在脑缺血再灌注中的应用研究进行综述。Ischemic cerebrovascular disease and ischemic reperfusion injury severely threaten human health.The inflammatory fragment of excessive activation of the complement system is one of the most important initiating factors of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.This paper has reviewed the complement expression,complement activation at time of cerebral ischemia,injury mechanisms of activated complement fragments on brain and complement inhibitors in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion.
