摘 要:应用免疫组织化学法对56例肺癌组织进行p53蛋白及NDPK/nm23蛋白的研究。结果显示,p53蛋白总阳性率为55.35%,NDPK/nm23蛋白阳性率为78.57%,两者均与肺癌组织学类型及分化程度有关。并随着肿瘤恶性程度的增加,p53蛋白表达的阳性率增加,而NDPK/nm23蛋白的阳性率下降,在有转移的肿瘤中更为明显。p53与NDPK/nm23蛋白之间似乎存在着一定的负性相关关系。因此,我们认为同时检测p53及NDPK/nm23基因产物的表达情况,有助于对肺癌生物学行为的进一步了解及患者预后的判断。An immunohistochemical method was used in this study to detect expression of p53protein and NDPK/nm23 gene product in 56 parafin embeded human lung carcinoma tissues. The results showed that the total positive staining rate of p53protein expression and NDPK/nm23 gene product was 55- 35%, and 78. 57%. The expression of both was correlated with histological classification and differentiation of lung carcinoma. The positive staining rate of p53 protein was increased with the increase in malignancy of neoplasma, while the posi tive staining rate of NDPK/nm23 gene product was decreased. This was very clear in trasitional tumors. The expression of p53 protein was negatively associated with NDPK/nm23 gene product. There fore, detection of p53 protein expression and DNPK/nm23 gene product may have significant value in the prognosis of human lung carcinoma.
