后牙冠根联合纵折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨后牙冠根联合纵折的治疗和预后。方法：应用金属丝结扎固定，使挪动的牙折片恢复到原来的位置，然后行根管治疗及铸造全冠修复２８例。结果：随访观察３年，２８例中有１２例（４２．８６％）咀嚼功能恢复良好。结论：经适当的治疗。Objective:Study of the treatments and prognosis of molars vertical crownroot fractureMethods:The disloged segments were suitably repositioned close to the their original positions by application of orthodontic elastics to the teeth crown in combination with a wireThe teeth were then endontically treated and filled with lightcuredresin and restored with a cast complete crownResults:In all 28 cases treated 4286%(12 cases) show the restored teeth have been well in function with periodic periodontal maintence,for more than 3 yearsConclusion:The teeth exhibiting a vertical crownroot fracture may have a promising prognosis in proper way
