超氧化物歧化酶及川芎嗪对家兔肠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘  要:目的:探讨超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及川芎嗪(CXZ)对肠缺血再灌注损伤的作用。方法:采用阻断肠系膜前动脉和加纱带结扎法制成肠缺血再灌注模型,测定不同时期家兔给予SOD及CXZ后血中SOD,MDA和总抗氧化能力,结果经方差分析和t检验。结果:SOD及CXZ可显著降低家兔血液中MDA的含量,使血液中SOD活力增高,血清中总抗氧化能力升高;肠壁组织的光镜和电镜结果与血液学检查相吻合。结论:SOD及CXZ具有很强的抑制自由基生成和增强细胞抗自由基能力的作用,该作用可能是其对家兔肠缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用的机制之一。Objective To research the effect of SOD and CXZ on rabbit intestinal ischemic reperfusion. Methods The rabbit experimental model with intestinal ischemic reper fusion was established by blocking and ligaturing the anterior artery in the mesentery with gauze belts. The SOD,MDA and total anti-oxidant capability in the rabbit bleed at different stages after given SOD and CXZ, were measured and analyzed via variance and t test. Rasults The MDA content in the rabbit blood was significantly decreased, the SOD activation in the blood increased, the total anti-oxidant capability in the sera increased. and the result of examining the intestinal wall structure by light and electron microscopes was in coppespondence with the result in hemologic examination. Conclusion an and CXZ have a strong function in inhibiting the formation Of free radical and strenthening the action against free radical, which may be one of mechanisms to protect cells from starvation of oxygen.
