黄芪注射液联合TEC化疗方案对乳腺癌患者血清VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪注射液配合TEC方案(多西紫杉醇、表阿霉素、环磷酰胺)治疗对乳腺癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子(sVEGF)水平及全身不良反应的影响。方法:将59例原发性乳腺癌随机分为单纯TEC方案组(Ⅰ组29例)和黄芪注射液+TEC方案组(Ⅱ组,30例),对两组患者的sVEGF表达情况及全身不良反应进行比较。结果:Ⅱ组治疗后患者sVEGF水平,不仅低于治疗前,而且低于Ⅰ组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);Ⅱ组患者生活质量明显提高,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);Ⅱ组化疗不良反应低于Ⅰ组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液联合TEC化疗方案治疗乳腺癌,能明显降低患者血清中VEGF的浓度,减轻化疗不良反应,从而使患者的生活质量得到改善。Objective：To observe the effect of Huang-qi injection and TEC chemo-therapy on sVEGF in treatment of breast cancer.Methods： Total of 59 patients with breast cancer were divided into 2 groups：Group I（TEC chemotherapy group,29）,Group II（Huang-qi＋TEC chemotherapy group,30）.Serum vascular endothelial growth factor（sVEGF）level was detected by sandwich ABC enzyme linked immunosorbant assay before and after treatment.Results： There was no significant difference between GroupⅠ and GroupⅡ（P0.05） before treatment in sVEGF levels.After treatment the sVEGF level was significant lower than pre-treatment in groupⅡ（P=0.046）.The level of sVEGF was slightly lower than pretreatment but no statistic difference（P0.05）.Furthermore,the level of sVEGF in groupⅡ was significantly lower than that of groupⅠ（P=0.034）.The effective rates of leucopenia suppression in Group I was 100%and in Group II was 93.3%.the effective rates of III＋IV leucopenia suppression in group I and group II were 62.1%and 36.6%,P0.05,the effective rates of Ⅲ＋Ⅳ gastrointestinal reaction in Group I and Group II were 51.7%and 16.7%,P0.05.Conclusion： The sVEGF level in patients with breast cancer was decreased by Huang-qi injection.TEC chemotherapy combined with Huang-qi injection can reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.
