摘　　要：作为肿瘤间质的主要细胞成分,肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(tumor-associated fibroblasts,TAFs)与正常组织间质成纤维细胞(fibroblasts)的生物学特性差异明显。TAFs在肿瘤的发生及演进过程中起着重要的作用,关于这方面的研究日益成为热点。本文就TAFs与肿瘤发生及演进关系的研究进展做一综述。As the predominant cells in the tumor stroma,tumor-associated fibroblasts（TAFs）are significantly different from normal tissue fibroblasts in the biological features.TAFs play a critical role in tumor initiation and progression,which is in the spot light.This review reports the progress in the study on corralation of TAFs with tumor initiation and progression.
