准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(PRK)治疗近视及近视散光1390眼的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨准分子激光角膜切削术对近视及散光的矫正效果。方法:对1390眼近视和近视散光PRK术后的效果和并发症进行随访。结果:术前矫正视力≥5.0者。97％的术后1.5年的眼视力在5.0以上,回退率为1％25％,-10.0D以上近视的全矫率为76.2％,Haze的发生率为52％,其中>0.5级者为0.5％。结论:PRK手术治疗近视和近视散光是有效和安全的,但高度近视术后有一定回退现象。To evaluate the treatmental effect of myopia and myopic astigmatism with photorefrac-tive keratactomy (PRK), the treatmeantal result in 1390 eyes was discussed. Their preoperative corrected visual acutity was equal to or bigger than 5. 0 and 97% of their uncorrected visual acuity were e-qual to or bigger than 5. 0 after the treatment 1. 5 years late. The myopic regressive rate was 1. 25%, especialy in those with high prioperative myopoa. When the diopter of some eyes was few than -10. 0 , the corrcted rate of myopia was 76. 2%. Haze phenomenon was found in 52% eyes and only 1. 5% were bigger than 0. 5 degree. It is concluded that the treatment of myopia and myopic astigmatism with PRK is practical and safe, buy there is a few myopic rigression, which should be improved in future.
