Mutagenicity Study on Ibopamine: A New Heart Failure Antagonist

摘　　要：Ibopamine(Ibo) is a new effective drug against heart failure. This paper reports the results of mutation tests of chromosome aberration of mammalian cell (Chinese hamster lung cell, CHL) in vitro and reversional mutation test of Salmonella typhimurium bacterium (Ames test) of ibopamine . The results of both tests were negative. Ibo did not have mutagenic effect.Ibopamine(Ibo) is a new effective drug against heart failure.
