早期牙隐裂的综合治疗及疗效观察

摘　　要：对42人47颗早期牙隐裂患牙,用作者提出的综合方法治疗后定期追踪2年以上,观察结果:总的牙齿保存率为95.74％,其中有26例患牙功能良好,临床检查和牙髓活力正常,结果提示:38.30％的早期牙隐裂患牙,其隐裂继续加深和开髓病变的发生均不易控制,宜及早做牙髓治疗和全冠修复。47 early odentoschim teeth of 42 patients treated by complex treatment were periodically examined for over two years, of which, the total preservative rate was 95.74% and among which, the function of 26 sick teeth was good. Clinical examination and pulp vitality were nomal. The result suggested that it was very difficult to control the adding depth of odentoschim and the occurrence of pulp pathdogic change so, it's better to treat pulp and repain the complete crown as soon as possible.
