摘　　要：为探讨有关公费医疗费用的偿付标准，本文对近300家军队医院的128万余份电子病历信息进行数理统计分析，从中建立了各种消费的相关系数，并对有关单病种的合理收费标准进行了评估。不仅有助于国内目前医疗卫生事业改革的测算，并可为部队及有关公费医疗费用的合理收取提供参考。To investigate the standards of rational charge to free medical care, we conducted a statistic analysis on the information obtained from 1 280000 electronic case histories, based on which we estabished various conffcients of correlation and evaluated the rational standards of charge on individual diseases.The result of the present study may not only contribute to the reform of the current medical and healthcare system but provide experience for the rational charge on free medical care in the armed forces.
