血浆GMP-140与血小板聚集在急性脑梗塞中的动态观察

摘　　要：本文测定了50例急性脑梗塞患者发病不同时期血浆GMP-140含量的动态改变及其血小板聚集功能。结果表明,脑梗塞急性期血浆GMP-140明显升高,尤以合并冠心病者更为显著,但治疗四周后,无合并症患者的血浆GMP-140水平明显下降,而合并糖尿病者其均值反稍高于急性期。血小板聚集在治疗前后变化不大。提示:血浆GMP-140与血小板聚集一致性升高,在一定程度上反映了血小板在体内的破坏程度,且血浆GMP-140较血小板聚集更具血小板活化的特异性。We have determined the dynamic changes in the content of plasma GMP - 140 of 50 cases of acute cerebral infarctin at different periods. We have also simultaneodysly determined the function of platelet aggregation. The result showed an apparent rise in the content of plasma GMP - 140 at the acute stage of cerebral infarction, especially in cases with complicated coronary heart disease. After four weeks of treatment, there was a marked drop of plasma GMP - 140 at the acute stage of cerebral infarction, especially in cases with complicated coronary heart disease. After four weeks of treatment, there was a marked drop of plasma GMP - 140 in cases without complication, but in those with complicated diabetes, the average value is higher than that at acute stage. At the same time, there was littie change in the platelet aggregation throughout the treatment. This shows that the rise in the agreement between the content of plasma GMP - 140 and the degree of platelet aggregation reflects, to a certain extent, the degree of destruction in the platelets of the body. Moreover, compared with platelet aggregation, plasma GMP-140 has greater distinction in platelet activation.
