激光诱发荧光光谱判别标准对结肠癌诊断的可行性研究

摘　　要：本研究用已知的结肠癌的激光诱发荧光光谱判别标准,对未知的51例结肠标本的光谱进行了分析判定,结果发现其诊断结肠癌的敏感性、特异性、阳性预示值、阴性预示值、诊断符合率与病理结果对比均较高,这说明判定标准应田于临床是可行的,本文对此进行了讨论。we used the standard spectrum of LIF of colon cancer to analysis spectrum of 51 operative colon specimens. The results showed that the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predicitive value and accuracy of colon cancer were high contrast pathological results . These results suggested that the standard spectrum of LIF of colon cancer being used in clinical diagnosis was possible. It was discussed in the article.
