酒精所致精神障碍42例临床分析

摘　　要：1992～1995年四年间收治酒精所致精神障碍42例，住院比逐年升高；均为男性．低文化者66．7％，有遗传倾向者54．8％，有戒断症状者38．1％，全部病例均有精神病理性症状，半数患者有神经系统的损害和躯体合并症，42．8％的患者表现人格衰退，社会功能受损，近1／4的患者有自杀行为．It analysed 42 cases of mental disorder caused by alcohol and found the rate of hospitalization increased year by year, all the patients were male;66. 7% of them were low - educated ; 54. 8% had tendency of heredity; 38. 1% had abstinence symptoms; all the cases had psychopathologic symptoms, half had demages of nerve system and physical complications; 42. 8% expressed regressive personality and demaged social function; and near 1/4 of the cases had suicidal behavior.
