氯氮平治疗难治性精神分裂症血药浓度与临床疗效的关系

摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨难治性精神分裂症患者服用不同剂量氯氮平后血药浓度与临床疗效的关系。结果发现血药浓度与口服剂量关系未能确定，与８周末ＢＰＲＳ评分无相关性，与ＴＥＳＳ评分呈正相关，高剂量组心电图和脑电图异常例数明显高于低剂量组（ Ｐ＜０．０５）。It studied the relationship of blood concentra- tion and curative effect of refractory schizophrenic patients who took different dosage of clozapine. The results showed that the relationship of blood concentration and oral dosage was unsure,and blood concentration had no correlation with BPRS scores by the end of the eighth weekend,had positive cor- relation with Tess scores. The abnormal ECG and EEG in high dosage group were obviously more than those in low dosage group.
