青年人常见消化道癌肿265例临床比较分析

摘　　要：本文通过对265例青年人消化道胃癌、结肠癌、食管瘤的临床比较和分析表明，青年人癌肿恶性程度高、转移早，根治性切除率低，5年生存率低，提示临床上应重视青年患者的早期诊断、早期治疗，以提高治愈率。This article compared and analysed the clinical characteristics of 265 young patientsamong concers of stomath, colon and esophagues. The results showed the incidence of these disease in our country is highter than in other countries, and it has increased in the past few years, the young patients are highter in deterioration than adult patients, earlier in metastasis of carcinoma, lower in rates of cure and five-year survival. The above-mentioned suggests that we should pay attention to early diagnosis and treatment on yoqng patients.
