皮质下白质病变的临床与影像学相关性研究

摘　　要：通过52的影像学检查有皮质下白质病变患者分析,发现无痴呆症状者占相当的比例,认为皮质下白质病变呈慢性进行性,有否痴呆及其严重程度与病变累及的部位及范围呈正相关,影像学检查对其生前诊断有重要意义。We analysised 52 cases of leukoencephalopathy under cortex proved by brain CT and MRLand found out some of them was nondemented persons. The results suggested that this disease showed chronicity and gradualness. There was positive relation -ship between dementia or not,the seriousness and the invaded position or range. It was sig-nifi cance of brain CT and MRI in the diagnosis before death.
