微波透热配合腔内化疗治疗恶性胸水的临床探讨

摘　　要：采用微波透热配合腔内化疗(DDP+5-Fu)治疗恶性胸水12例。结果为完全缓解(CR)4例,部分缓解(PR)7例,无变化(NC)1例,总有效率(CR+PR)为91.6％,与单纯腔内注药化疗总有效率为45.4％比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。表明微波透热配合腔内化疗是治疗恶性胸水的较好方法之一。12 case with malignant pleural effusion were treated by microkymotherapy and instillation intrapleurally with DDP and 5-FU- The result,CR was achieved in 4 cases,PR in 7 cases,NC in 1 case. The overall response rate was 91. 6%. There was significant statistical difference between the treated groups and the control group (P<0. 05). The result revealed that microkymotherapy and instillation intrapleurally is one of the good method for malignant pleural effusion.
