化疗同时应用高聚金葡素治疗40例恶性肿瘤临床观察

摘　　要：20例恶性肿瘤在化疗同时给予生物制剂高聚金葡素,收到显著效果。化疗中无任何不良反应者16例(80％),轻度反应者4例(20％),无1例因化疗反应而停止治疗;而对照组20例,全部出现化疗反应,其中有5例因化疗反应重而停止治疗。两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组临床症状明显改善,总有效率为100％,对照组总有效率仅为45％(P<0.01)。治疗组未出现明显药物毒副作用。Chemotherapy is one of important methods to treat malignant tumor. Because of chemotherapeutic side effects, it usually cause gastroenteric reaction and bone marrow inhabitation ,hence it can't satisty the theraputic purpose. All the cases were treated by chemotherapy and HASL,and we can get remarkable results. In HASL group,there were 16 cases without any side effects(80%) ,4 cases with slight side effects(20%),none of them had to be suspended during the treatment by side effects of chemotherapy. All the 20 cases of contrast group emerge side effects of pharmacons, 5 cases of them had to be suspended the treatment because of serious side effects. The comparation of two groups indicates significant difference (F<0. 01). The clinical symptoms of the group with HASL were largely improved,and the total efficiency was 100 percent. 20 patients'survival quality was remarkably improved. The contrast group condition show no improvement and the total efficiency was only 45 percent. The comparation of two group's efficiency in improving the patients condition and survival quality had the remarkable diffience in statistical calculation (P <0. 01).
