摘 要:该文在分析已有扭振模型的基础上,提出了一种研究动力传动系统扭振的新方法──通 用模型法,它统一了定轴传动与行星传动轮系的模型。文中将任何一种齿轮传动系统定义为一个 多自由度多分支的振动系统,该系统由简单行星排、复合行星排、齿轮啮合对、弹性轴等子系统组 成,并指出任何一个具体的传动系统是由该系统中几个子系统及其耦合所组成,可根据传动系统 的具体结构和参数,调用通用模型程序,利用计算机实现方程自动组装与求解。The authors present a new method,the universal model method for the study of torsional vibration of power transmission system on the basis of analysis of the existing models. It provides universal torsional models for fixed axle transmission and epicyclic gear trains. Any gear train system can be defined as a multi-degree -of -freedom and multibranched vibration system,which consists of subsystems such as simple epicyclic gear trains ,compound epicyclic gear trains,coupled meshing gears and elastic shafts etc. The authors point out that any power transmission system may consist of some above-mentioned subsystems and their couplings. Based on the structures and parameters of power transmission systems,through calling a related program for the universal model,the calculation models can be assembled and solved out automatically with the help of a computer.
