开食料中酸化、玉米膨化和蛋白水平对早期断奶仔猪生产性能的影响

摘  要:选取30日龄断奶,平均体重7.13kg的大约克夏仔猪74头,采用2×3×2因子设计,研究玉米豆饼型饲粮中,不同蛋白水平(20%和17%),加柠檬酸(1%和2%)和玉米膨化对仔猪生产性能的影响。结果表明:玉米膨化对早期断奶仔猪生产性能无明显影响。通过Lys和Met的添加后17%蛋白水平相当于20%蛋白水平的效果。仔猪生长前期(断奶后1-14天),饲粮中加入1%和2%的柠檬酸有提高日增重(12%和16%)和采食量(10%和12%)的趋势(P>0.05),后期(断奶后15-39天)加柠檬酸(1%和2%)可显著(P<0.05)提高日增重(14%和17%),采食量有提高趋势(10%和13%)(P>0.05).本试验条件下饲粮的最佳组合为:20%蛋白水平、1%柠檬酸、玉米不膨化和17%蛋白水平、2%柠檬酸、玉米不膨化。Seventy-four Yorkshitre weanling pigs, 30 days of age and mean body weight 7, 13kg, were employed in this study to investigate the effects of dietary protein levels(20 vs. 17%), citric acid addition(1% and 2%) and corn extrusien in corn-soybean meal diets on the performance of the weanling Figs using a 2×3 ×2 factorial design. The resuts showed: 1.The extrusion of corn meal had no significant (P>0. 05) effect on the performance of the early-weaned pigs. 2.By supplementing lysine and methienioe, pigs fed on the 17% CP diet performed as well as those fed on the 20% CP diet. 3.At the early stage of post-weaning(day 1-day 14), addition of 1% or 2% citric acid tended to increase the daily gain(by 12 and 16%, respectively) and the feed intake(by 10 and 12%, respectively) (P>0.05). At the later stage of post-weaning(day 15-day 39), addition of citric acid at the levels of 1 or 2% could significantly(P<0. 05) enhance the daily gain(by 14 and 17%, respectively) and tended to increase feed intake(by 10 and 13%,respectively)(P>0. 05) . Under the experimental conditions, the optimum combinations of the treatment factoys 'ere: CP 20% and citric acid 1% without extrusion of corn; and CP 17% and citric acid 2% without extrusion of corn.
