摘　　要：本文从淀粉发酵制备生物聚合物塑料、淀粉填充热塑性塑料、热塑性淀粉接枝共聚物三个方面论述了由淀粉形成的聚合物质的研究进展。The development of the study on the conversion of starch into polymer was reviewed including three parts:the preparation of biological plastics by fermenting starch,the starch filled thermoplastics,graft copolymer of starch.The uses of these materials in agriculture and industry were emphasized.
